Following the closure of Dyserth falls, our legal team filed a financial claim against the resort on behalf of its clients. This was initially rejected last year on the grounds of insufficient evidence. However, further evidence was sought and due to a new piece being submitted, the bank has finally agreed to a payout of £5,880 to the client.
