TELEPHONE CLAIMS ADVISOR (MIJAS COSTA, SPAIN)

Our Telephone Claims Advisors are the heart of our business, their primary role is to book appointments for our Sales Consultants/Managers with timeshare owners looking to find out what options are available when considering dissolving their ownership and how we can help them.

Required skillset:

  • A motivated individual with a high performer mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Sales experience a bonus but not essential.
  • Language - native/fluent English.

What ECC Offers:

  • Salary & contract (indefinido for the right candidates).
  • Bonuses paid weekly and daily spiffs.
  • OTE: €50,000 per annum+
  • On-the-job training and support.
SALES CONSULTANT/MANAGER (MIJAS COSTA, SPAIN)

Our Sales Consultants/Managers carry out face-to-face and video appointments with timeshare owners who are looking to release themselves from their ownership. They identify what options are possible by reviewing certain timeshare ownership documentation and offer our services based on their findings, they also manage a small team.

Required skillset

  • A motivated individual with a high performer mindset.
  • Direct sales experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage a small team.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Understanding of, or experience working in the timeshare industry a bonus.
  • Language - native English.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (MIJAS COSTA, SPAIN)

Our Customer Service Agents are trained to deliver excellent customer service to our existing clients. They are comfortable using various channels of communication which includes video calls and are great problem solvers.

Required skillset:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both with colleagues and clients (some clients may be elderly and/or anxious)
  • Well organised and efficient
  • Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and by video call
  • Native English and able to speak Spanish

ADMINISTRATOR (MIJAS COSTA, SPAIN)

Our Administrators work across several departments and are responsible for carrying out all tasks related to administration. They are organised, efficient and have a great eye for detail and are not easily distracted in a busy office environment.

Required skillset

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Competent level of computer skills.
  • Quick learner, able to work on own initiative.
  • A good level of concentration.
  • Legal knowledge an advantage but not essential.
  • A good communicator with colleagues.
