Throughout August the Spanish courts come to a close, we are pleased to now begin reporting on our court victories once again.
In the past week, as the courts have been starting back up, a few of our cases were heard.
We obtained favourable judgments in two jurisdiction cases against Club la Costa. Contractual names of CLC Paradise and CLC Sucursal.
In addition to this, our legal team had a successful outcome in a substantive case against Resort Sales & Marketing Sol in which the nullity of the fractional contract was determined by the lack of information it contained on what accommodation the clients owned and when it could be used. Our clients were awarded in £5,454.
