This week, the legal team secured a further 10 favourable jurisdiction judgements against Club La Costa.
The contractual names of these cases being;
- CLC Sucursal
- CLC Paradise Trading
- CLC Continental Resorts
- CLC PLC UK
All cases heard in courts throughout Fuengirola and Malaga, including Malaga High Court.
In most of these cases from last week, as happens in many jurisdiction cases against CLC, the issues raised by CLC was turned down by the judge as the consumer can submit the claim in the place where the other part has its address and Club La Costa is settled in Spain as a branch.
