The appeal judge on both cases ruled that the contractual parties, Club La Costa (UK) Sucursal en Espana and CLC (Paradise Trading SL) are both Spanish entities and the cases should be heard in Spain. The cases are currently being re-submitted and fast-tracked to the lower courts.
