Our legal partners at M1 Legal were victorious again last month against Airtours (Anfinpan S.L). It was found that the contract was in perpetuity (did not reveal an end date) and did not comply with the legal minimum requirements. The judge declared the contract as null and void and our client was awarded £10,960 plus an extra payment of £4,162.
