M1 Legal are pleased to report their last 3 victories against Anfi as 2018 comes to an end.
The first case was awarded £21,430 for the reason that the contract with Anfi did not comply with minimum legal requirements.
The second case was awarded £16,066 plus an extra £1960 due to paying the deposit within cooling off period. It was noted that the contract did not have an end date i.e. in perpetuity.
The final case was awarded £6828 plus an extra £9600 for early payment in full. The contract was again in perpetuity and did not comply with minimum legal requirements.
On all 3 cases, the judge ruled the contracts null and void and instructed the above payouts to the clients.
