Our client who was a former timeshare owner at Club Infiniti, had their contract declared null and void in a Spanish court.
The Judge deemed their contract illegal on the grounds that their contract was signed in perpetuity and also that our clients had not been provided with a clear description of the accommodation they were being contracted to. In addition to their contract being terminated, the Judge also awarded a total of £14,716 plus interest and a further £6,385 being double the refund paid at the time of signing the contract.
