
ECC Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
To qualify for the ECC Referral Programme, the following conditions must be met:
- The referred individual (“Referee”) must be submitted by an existing ECC client (“Referrer”) via email our registration portal here prior to any contact or enquiry being made with ECC.
- The Referee must not be an existing client, previous client, or prior enquiry of ECC.
- The Referee must enter into a signed contract for services with ECC.
Eligibility for Reward:
- Both the Referrer and Referee will qualify for a £500 account credit each, where the Referee contracts ECC for services relating to a holiday park or holiday ownership claim.
- A Referral account will be credited within 30 days of the Referee entering into a valid contract with ECC.
Exclusions & Conditions:
- If the Referee cancels their contract within the 14-day cooling-off period, no reward will be issued.
- Where the Referee is paying ECC via instalments, eligibility for the reward will only be triggered once the account has no more than one instalment remaining.
- This promotion is only available to existing ECC clients.
- ECC employees are not eligible to participate in this programme.
- Rewards are issued as account credit only. No cash or alternative will be provided.
General:
- ECC reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse this promotion at its discretion where misuse or abuse is suspected.
- These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
