Who are ECC?
Since 2016, ECC’s primary focus has been on timeshare cancellations and claims. Over this time, we have pushed boundaries and campaigned to change the legal landscape so that consumers that can have the opportunity to be compensated for mis-selling. Thanks to the ground-breaking work and persistence of our legal partners, we have achieved over £28 million in court compensation awards for clients who were mis-sold timeshare.
