Three cases were heard against Anfi this week, all heard in San Bartolomé de Tirajana Court. We received favourable judgements in all of them. Altogether, the monies awarded in these cases amounted to a total of £25,108.
We had two more victories against CLC to add to our ever-growing pile. One case saw the total of £10,171 in monies awarded while the second had a case value of £41,590!
We can also report that this week there were a further three jurisdiction victories from our legal team against Club la Costa. This time the contractual names were CLC Sucursal, CLC Continental Resorts and CLC Paradise trading.
