There were numerous cases in the courts for us last week.
Our largest victories were against Club La Costa. Under the contractual names of;
- Club La Costa Paradise Trading
- Club La Costa Sucursal España
These cases were heard in Arona nº 5 and Fuengirola nº 5 Courts, mainland Spain. In total, we obtained £70,396.17 in awards for our clients; all 3 clients were totally awarded including costs. This was on the grounds of their timeshare agreements having been found to lack details regarding accommodation such as what they could use at which resort and when.
We also had several jurisdiction cases against CLC Paradise Trading and Sucursal España. We won all 6 of them as the court declares that the plaintiffs are customers located in the United Kingdom, which means they can decide on the place to put the claim. There were a further 3 jurisdiction cases, in which we were victorious against Diamond resorts, contractual name of Diamond Resorts Europe Limited Sucursal En España.

These cases totalled up to almost £40,000 in awards.
