Professional and polite and respectful, above all very helpful. That is the ECC staff. I am afraid the CLC staff are no longer giving priority to the CLC members, therefore no longer pays to be a member of CLC paying maintenance costs when you can buy the same holiday in the same property online through the Wyndham web site, and it works out cheaper.
