My wife and I are totally delighted to hear that we are now free of the contract with Diamond Resorts. The entire customer journey with ECC was seamless from start to finish and our team were highly professional and very polite in how they deal with us. We have been in this contract for over 30 years and had no idea that it had some unenforceable terms within it. We are deeply relieved and can now move on and go on holiday with whoever we choose.
