This final week in January has seen seven more substantive victories fom our legal team.
Four of these cases were against CLC, totalling £51,829 in monies awarded to our clients. Two of the cases were against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts, accumulating £36,394 in awards while the seventh victory was against Diamond Resorts with £15,217 in awards.
In terms of jurisdiction judgements for this week, our legal team have been very busy in the courts. Fourteen more favourable judgements were added to our victory pile with them all being against Club la Costa. Contractual names of CLC Sucursal and CLC Continental Resorts. All of these cases were heard between Arona and Fuengirola courts.
