Last week we saw four substantive cases against Club la Costa in which we received favourable outcomes for all of them. Together, the monies awarded for these four cases amounted to a total of £55,440.
The nullity of these contracts was determined by the lack of information regarding the property owned and when it was available to the client for use.
In addition to these substantive victories, the legal team obtained three more favourable jurisdiction judgements against CLC too. Contractual names being CLC Paradise Trading, Continental Resorts and Sucursal. These cases were heard in Arona court and Fuengirola court.
