In last week’s case against Diamond, heard in Fuengirola court, our legal team obtained another favourable substantive judgement. The contract provided to the timeshare owners by Diamond was declared null by the judge after it became clear the agreement didn’t contain enough information to satisfy the legal requirements. Our clients were awarded £12,349.
We saw two other victories, one over CLC Sucursal and the other over Albatros Ventas, together these victories accumulated to £23,703 in monies awarded.
Our largest victory of the week was against Anfi, where our clients received almost £24K in monies awarded, with the total of £23,983.
As for jurisdiction judgements, last week adds another five victories over Club la Costa.
