Last week our legal team obtained six substantive victories in total. We had a victory in a case against Majexo where the contract was declared null and void. Another victory over Anfi which saw £12,553 in monies awarded and a case against Diamond Resorts where our legal team won £24,449 in monies awarded.
The three Club la Costa Continental substantive cases brought an accumulated value of £51,116 in awards.
Furthermore, our team obtained favourable judgements in five separate jurisdiction cases against Club la Costa Sucursal in Fuengirola Court.
