This week, M1 Legal had 4 hearings against Anfi Group in the Court of First Instance, San Bartolomé, Gran Canaria.
The contractual names were:
- Anfi Sales S.L. & Anfi Tauro Resorts Management S.L.
- Anfi Sales S.L.
In all four cases it was revealed that the contracts were in perpetuity (did not reveal an end date). Furthermore, all cases did not disclose the minimum accommodation requirements.
The judge ruled all 4 cases in favour of M1 Legal and the total amount awarded to clients was £55,779.
