After a hearing presented in the Court of First Instance Tenerife, M1 legal reported another victory in favour of M1 Legal against Diamond resorts.
There were in total 2 contractual names involved in this case:
- Diamond Resorts Europe Limited Sucursal En España
- Diamond Resorts Tenerife Sales SL.
The clients had two Diamond Resorts contracts which did not include the minimum accommodation requirements such as what they purchased, when they could use it and how long they could use it for.
The judge declared both contracts null and void.
Diamond Resorts were ordered to pay to the client £16.491,20 plus legal interest plus all the procedural costs.
