We are happy to announce not one but SIX Anfi Group court victories whereby all six contracts were deemed null and void.
The cases all revealed one, 2 or all of the below which ultimately secured the victories.

- No cooling-off period was offered
- No specific details of the product purchased i.e. when they could use it, how long for, what the accommodation entailed i.e. 1bed/2bed etc there are no land registry details.
