This week M1 Legal secured Three victories against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts totalling £33,747.
In all three cases, the clients had been sold a floating week and the contract did not reveal the minimum legal requirements i.e. when the clients can use it, what size the accommodation is and where the accommodation is located.
In all three cases, the judge ruled that the contracts be deemed null and void and ordered Anfi to payout.
