Our legal team at M1 Legal succeeded in getting our client’s contract deemed null and void.
Firstly, at the time of purchase, they were not provided with a clear description of the accommodation they were agreeing to and secondly, they were sold ‘floating weeks’ during ‘super red’ period. Therefore it was not exactly clear to the client what they had bought. And finally, the contract was signed in perpetuity meaning no end date for the contract.
On top of the contract being declared null and void, the judge also awarded compensation of £27,911.68 to our very happy client.
