Our legal partners at M1 Legal were victorious again yesterday against Continental Resorts SLU ( Club La Costa). The contract was declared null and void and our client was awarded £35,925 plus £13,584 (double of the advanced payment). In addition, the resort also has to pay the legal interest since the submission of the claim and legal expenses incurred by the client. Great news for our client and a great win for M1 Legal!
