Another positive defeat against Silverpoint. The case was heard in Arona Court, Tenerife. Silverpoint Vacations had provided the client with an unlawful contract that did not reveal the basic accommodation information legally required such as what the client purchased and when they could use it. The Judge concluded that the contract should be nullified and ordered Silverpoint to pay the client £54,260 which included costs.
